What we keep when you write to us.

The inquiry forms collect your name, organization if given, the address you write from, the inquiry type, subject, and message. We use that record to understand the request and to reply.

Messages are sent to a private company mailbox used for support and partnership. We do not sell inquiry records. We do not publish your message.

We keep inquiry records long enough to complete the conversation and to meet ordinary commercial record-keeping. If you want a record removed after the work is done, say so in a new inquiry.
